Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
At Schaefer Wholesale Florist, our Fulfillment team plays a key role in accurately picking and packing fresh-cut flower orders for our customers. This is a warehouse fulfillment position.
We are currently hiring for part-time Fulfillment team members, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles over time.
Basic job functions include:
• Sunday–Thursday work week
• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in cooler temperatures
• Ability to bend, reach, and stay active throughout the shift
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Lifting 40–50 lb. boxes as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic reading and communication skills
• Flexible scheduling availability
• Safe handling of warehouse tools and equipment (pallet jacks, knives, choppers, etc.)
• Willingness to support busy floral holidays and seasonal demand, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas
