If you would like to cancel an order, you can send us an email to email@example.com with the subject CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number), and in the body of the email include what you want to cancel. Or, you can call us at 1-800-355-4688.
SWFlorist.com’s cancellation policy states that no cancelations will be accepted within 7 business days of scheduled delivery date, and there is a 15% surcharge for all cancelled orders.
* As part of our policy, we will need to speak with the person who placed the order over the phone to confirm cancellation.
Changes to an Order
If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date, otherwise we might not be able to make changes to an order without advanced, sufficient notice. There is a $10 fee to change the scheduled delivery date, and please remember it is not guaranteed.
Complaints & Claims
If you are not satisfied with your flower shipment, please call Schaefer Wholesale Florist IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes at 1-800-355-4688, and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints must be communicated verbally and accompanied with digital pictures indicating all the flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the product, or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. In order for us to process your claim, we will request digital pictures and/or return of the product (for quality inspection). We cannot guarantee color tone matches, as flowers are a natural product and vary in color from season to season.
It is the responsibility of the customer to properly care for flowers and SWFlorist.com is not liable for products mishandled by customers.
SWFlorist.com recommends to our customer, or a representative, to be present for delivery since a signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery of your products.
SWFlorist.com is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, FedEx delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.
